Vinification: In temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (14–16°C). Once fermentation reaches 5–6% ABV, wine-grade ethanol is added up to approximately 16% ABV to arrest fermentation, preserving most of the must’s natural sugars and aromas
Colour: Golden yellow
Bouquet: Intense, harmonious and persistent, with clear hints of apricot jam, candied citrus fruit, flowers and orange blossom honey
Taste: Pleasantly sweet, full-bodied and persistent on the palate, with notes of honey and white fruit in syrup
Alcohol content: 16% vol.
Sugar content: 120 grams/litre
Minimum aging in tanks: 3 months
Minimum aging in the bottle: 2 months
Food pairing: Magnificent dessert wine, ideal with all dry and cream-based pastries, also worth trying it with nougat, fruit and traditional Sicilian artisanal ice cream
