Passito Zibibbo Terre Siciliane IGP

Passito Zibibbo Terre Siciliane IGP

€18,00

Raisin wine got from zibibbo grapes grown on the company’s own estates. The drying process is carried out naturally, partly on the vine and partly on racks, with the finest grapes being selected daily.
It is complex and balsamic with the typical aromas of ripe apricot and candied citrus fruit delicately blended with notes of dried figs, dates and acacia honey.
It is sweet, full-bodied, harmonious and intense, with a remarkable structure supported by an extraordinary persistence.
An unforgettable dessert wine, which pairs perfectly with cottage cheese desserts, such as Sicilian cassata and tarts with figs or quinces jam; it is also stunning when enjoyed with tuna bottarga or blue cheese.
