  It is got from Zibibbo grapes, an ancient vine from the Damascus area and introduced by the Moors in 800 AD. Its aroma includes all the flavours of the generous Sicilian land. Intense, harmonious and persistent, with distinct hints of apricot jam, candied citrus fruit, flowers and orange blossom honey.   Raisin wine got from zibibbo grapes grown on the company’s own estates. The drying process is carried out naturally, partly on the vine and partly on racks, with the finest grapes being selected daily.
